Google Maps for Commercial Real Estate

I have been using Google Maps for Commercial Real Estate for about a year now. It is a great tool to layout property preview tours, maps for prospective tenants and buyers, current listings, and a host of other uses. You can change the icons (push pins) to logo's if you upload them yourself or use the "push-pin" icons that come in different colors or the kind of strange "balloon" shape that is the default. The map can be linked and embedded in web-sites, sent via e-mail, and printed. You can add collaborators, keep in private, or make it public. Check out this map I just created for one of ComReal's Office listings. MAP
